Privacy

Trice keeps the records of the work a business does. This page says what that means for the people who use it, in plain words.

The short version

Your work email signs you in, with no password. Photos and notes you record for a business belong to that business, as its records. Trice doesn’t sell data and doesn’t show ads.

Texting and mobile numbers

If you text Trice at (844) 568-0295, your mobile number is used to run your business by text and for nothing else. Mobile information is never shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to stop every text, HELP for help.

What Trice collects, and why

Your email and name are how you sign in. Photos, notes and client details you record belong to the business you work for, as its records. Each record carries the time it was made.

Who else receives it

Trice shares data only with the business you work for, the companies that run parts of Trice (hosting, email delivery, card payments through Stripe, and the reading and voice services described in the full policy at trice.live/privacy), and where the law requires it. Trice doesn’t sell personal data, doesn’t show ads, and doesn’t track you across other apps or websites.

Your choices

You can delete your account from inside the iPhone app or on the web. Jobs, photos and notes you recorded for a business stay with that business, as its records. Questions go to support@trice.live.
